SMC Machines, Paste Dispersion, and Raw Material Mixing System
At LanKorra we believe in equipment with a long history of performance and a minimum of bells and whistles. We offer a complete SMC Machine that includes a PDM System with 3rd stream pigmentation and MGO injection. Our C Series SMC Systems are available with a Raw Material Feed System with dual stainless steel mix tanks which can use Bulk Tanks or Super Sac Systems. These systems are Fully Automated and are integrated into the SMC Machine.
LanKorra has very competitive pricing for our SMC Machines. Our SMC Machines come in a variety of sizes that will fit any of your production needs. Machines range from the larger 1600C mm Fully Automated System, 1600mm Non-Automated Systems, the Standard 1300mm Machine, down to a 1000mm or 600mm Single Lab Machine.
For the Client who purchases SMC from an outside source, LanKorra offers cost modeling, based on the annual output requirements, process capacity, and product needs. This information will allow the Client to make an informed decision whether producing their own SMC in-house versus continuing to purchase from their current vendor.
For the Client who feels they lack the knowledge to produce their own SMC, we will assist in developing relationships with Raw Material Vendors, assist in designing an SMC formulation, and be there to assist all the way through SMC launch and production. We will train your management staff and production employees in how to use all the equipment. We also provide SMC Machine Sales, Automation, Mixing Systems, and packaging assistance.
If a Client currently has an SMC Machine and are looking to upgrade or add additional equipment, LanKorra offers an inspection and review service, analyze the current process and data, determine potential improvements and advise on equipment upgrades or expansion to meet future business strategies.
If your Compression Molding business has a low NPI due to high labor cost, excessive down time, late delivery or poor quality. LanKorra has years of experience in selecting and running Automaton Cells that include robotic charge cutting, weighing and loading into the press/mold. We have a strong history and experience in robotic part removal & deflashing with waterjet equipment and deburring tools. LanKorra will collaborate with you to develop a cost model with equipment cost and lead times.
